I totally understand that being home during a cleaning is sometimes necessary (especially for my fellow mamas). While I do work best with an empty home, I want you to feel comfortable! If you are home, I may move between rooms or ask to clean certain spaces at a time so I can stay focused and give you the best results

While I take great care in your home, accidents can happen. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of the cleaning. I am not responsible for items that were already damaged or improperly installed.

New clients may be required to complete an initial deep clean before recurring services begin. Recurring clients will have priority scheduling. A $20 fee is due at booking to hold your spot. Clean $300+ will have a 10% fee. Booking fees are applied toward your total balance and are not an additional charge.

Please provide at least 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice will result in a cancellation fee (10% of the scheduled cleaning price). If I need to cancel due toa family emergency or sickness, we will reschedule for the soonest opening.

I reserve the right to refuse service if: the environment is unsafe there are biohazards the home condition was misrepresented there is harassment or disrespect

I love pets! However, please inform me ahead of time if pets will be home. Pets that are aggressive or anxious may need to be secured during the cleaning.

Pricing is based on home size condition supplies needed Final price may change if the home condition is significantly different than described at booking. Additional services (inside oven, fridge, baseboard, etc.) may be extra unless included in a deep clean package.

If the home: Contains biohazards Has pest infestations Has clutter and buildup that was not disclosed during booking Services may be refused or require a specialized deep clean price.

To ensure the best results, please: Pick up toys, clothes, dishes, and personal items Clear excessive clutter Secure pets if needed Excess clutter may reduce the time available for detailed cleaning.
