Included in this cleaning: - Dust Light Fixtures - Dust Blind and Ceiling Fans - Light Dusting of Decor and Shelves - Dust Doors and Cabinet Fronts - Clean and Disinfect All Sinks - Clean and Shine Exterior of Appliances - Clean and Disinfect Countertops and Surfaces - Clean and Disinfect Bathtubs, Showers and Toilets - Clean All Mirrors - Disinfect Switch Plates and Doorknobs - Make Beds - Empty Trash Cans and Replace Liners - Sweep/Vacuum and Mop All Floors *Price shown is deposit only. *Instructions to pay deposit will be sent to your email after booking. *Remainder of payment is due at or before cleaning. *Appointment is not confirmed until you hear from our team. *The time allotted is an estimate, duration of all cleans depends on the environment.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee (10% of the scheduled cleaning price). If I need to cancel due to a family emergency or sickness, we will reschedule for the soonest opening. I reserve the right to refuse service if: - The environment is unsafe - There are biohazards - The home condition was misrepresented - There is harassment or disrespect Deposits are due before cleaning is confirmed. Remainder of payment can be made up to the same day as the clean. Deposits are accepted via Venmo or Cash App. The remaining balance can be paid by Venmo, Cash App, Cash or Check. Late payments may result in a late fee or cancellation of future services.
